Vendor Tables: $50.00 each
Electrical Outlet: $5.00
Payments must be received by no later than:
November 4th, 2018
Payment can be made via Credit Card through the parish office during normal business hours or a cheque can be mailed to:

Terms & Conditions
Payments to reserve a table must be received by no later than Nov 4th, 2018
Payments are non-refundable
Vendors can setup merchandise and displays on Friday Nov 16th between 6pm-9pm or Saturday Nov 17th between 8am -10am.
All merchandise and vendor property should be removed from Christ Church by no later than 6pm on Sat. Nov 17th.
Tables are 6ft in length (min), however some 8ft tables may be available and will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. A chair wil be provided for each table, additional chairs available as available on a first come, first serve basis.
Vendors should enter and exit the Christ Church hall via the side or back doors.
Christ Church takes no responsibility for lost or stolen goods, vendors are responsible for their property.
Christ Church cannot guarantee sales or customer traffic nor will any refunds or exchanges be issued as a result of inclement weather and/or issues related to customer traffic on the day of the event.
Christ Church reserves the exclusive right to determine which vendors participate in the 2018 Christmas market and may reject applications.
