“Is it Jesus, or a ghost?”    Luke 24:13-35

The children will read the story of THE ROAD TO EMMAUS in the Whirl Bible and talk about the passage.

Crafts and activities are a great way to reinforce the lessons we learn in Church School. This week the children will be: 

Footprints to Follow: Each child will trace their shoes and cut out 2 footprints. Each team then place their footprints in a long path for the other team to follow and see which team gets to their destination first.

Craft Stick Disciples: Children will be given construction paper to make faces and clothes to glue or tape on their craft sticks to make all the disciples and Jesus to then use those to do a skit for today's lesson.
